Use of the service

You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may only crawl or analyse websites you own or are authorised to analyse; crawling above baseline rates requires proven domain ownership.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access data that is not yours, probing or testing the security of the platform without authorisation, using the crawler to attack third-party sites, or interfering with normal operation.

Accounts and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

The platform, including its rules, scoring methodology, and interface, is our intellectual property. The reports and findings we generate for your projects are yours to use for your own purposes.

Disclaimers

The service reports observable characteristics and evidence-based findings. It does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or placement in any search feature, and it explicitly avoids fabricated metrics. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
